BEFORE YOU BEGIN

A few good
questions.

Need a hand choosing?
Talk to GeneStyle ↗

Why are subscription retests Epigenetics only?

Your DNA stays the same for life, so you only need to test it once. Your epigenetics change with your habits, so that is what is worth re-checking. If you start with DNA + Epigenetics, your retests are the Epigenetics test at 10% off.

Which test should I choose?

Choose Epigenetics if your focus is biological age and the other aging-related insights listed above. DNA + Epigenetics adds inherited-trait categories, a virus risk score, and training and vitamin guidance.

How do I collect my sample?

Both tests use saliva collected at home. Use the collection device and follow the registration, collection, and return instructions included with your kit.

Is the methylation report included in $399?

The current store lists it as an optional add-on with an additional charge. Contact GeneStyle for current pricing and availability before ordering.

When will my kit and results arrive?

Contact GeneStyle for current shipping and laboratory turnaround estimates before ordering. Follow your kit instructions for returning the sample.

Can these tests diagnose a condition?

GeneStyle reports are educational and do not diagnose disease or medical conditions. Discuss your results, symptoms, and any changes to your routine with a qualified healthcare professional.

Where can I review the privacy policy?

Review how your information is handled in GeneStyle’s privacy policy ↗ before purchasing.

What does adding DNA tell me?

The combined test adds inherited-trait categories, including sleep, nutrition and exercise response. These describe genetic tendencies, rather than measuring your current habits or diagnosing a condition.

Can I see a report before I order?

Yes. Explore the five-page sample report ↗ for an example of the results, explanations and proposed action-plan layout. Included results depend on the test purchased.

Do I need to buy both kits?

No. DNA + Epigenetics includes the epigenetic test. Choose the combined kit if you want both perspectives.

READING YOUR RESULTS

An estimate is a starting point.

These are the age estimates shown in the Body Age sample. They do not directly measure hearing ability, eyesight, or memory performance. A lower estimate does not establish better function or rule out a health concern.

What isn’t shown in this excerpt?

The supplied pages do not include numerical overall biological age, pace of aging, immune, vitality, or muscle-degeneration results. Those scores are not invented here. The excerpt also does not provide uncertainty intervals for the age estimates.

04 / Your next steps

Small actions.
A plan that fits your life.

A proposed action-plan page, connecting report topics with practical questions and general wellness steps.

01
HEARING / EVERYDAY HABITS

Make room for quieter moments.

Lower headphone volume, take quiet breaks, and use hearing protection in loud settings.

02
DNA EXERCISE TIMING / PERSONAL PREFERENCE

Find a time you can return to.

The sample favors morning or daytime exercise. Compare that suggestion with your schedule, energy, and preferences.

03
PHYSICAL TRAITS / A REALISTIC START

Build from where you are.

Choose an activity you enjoy, begin at a manageable level, and build gradually. A DNA classification alone does not set your training intensity.

Your reflectionWhat is one achievable activity goal you can put on your calendar?

These are general wellness examples for the proposed design, not a prescribed plan based on this person’s full history. Review health concerns and any significant changes with an appropriate professional.

GENESTYLE / SAMPLE REPORT04 / 05
05 / Looking ahead

Keep the context.
Make the next step yours.

A useful report leaves you with a clearer conversation and a practical way forward.

  1. 01

    Understand this starting point.

Keep your report date, test type, and the questions that matter to you together. Note relevant changes in your routine or health when discussing the results.

  2. 02

    Choose one focus.

Bring the action-plan page into a conversation about your goals. Decide what is realistic for you and how you will know a habit is working.

  3. 03

    Discuss when to check in.

Ask GeneStyle whether repeat epigenetic testing is appropriate and what interval and comparison method they recommend for your test.

WHEN TO RETEST?

Timing, tailored to your test.

Confirm the test, recommended interval, and how results will be compared with GeneStyle before scheduling a follow-up.

Questions to bring to your results review
  • What does each estimate or classification measure?
  • How much uncertainty or normal variation is expected?
  • Which results belong to the test I purchased?
  • What changes can a repeat test meaningfully show?
About this sample and its sources

Selected values and trait labels are from the supplied Sample Report | Genestyle PDF: Body Age screenshots on PDF page 3 and Physical DNA classifications on PDF page 5. This is a condensed website sample, not a complete individual report. Its 6–8 week reassessment suggestion concerns an exercise assessment of anaerobic threshold, not another DNA or epigenetic test.

This five-page reader is a proposed GeneStyle experience. It does not present the two excerpted test types as a newly verified combined customer record. Colors identify topics, not clinical risk. Action-plan wording is newly drafted; the safe-listening and activity guidance is linked on page 4.
